The rest of the house is fully furnished. The communal areas are comprised of a living room, dining room, kitchen and conservatory.

The house is located on a quiet street with decent sized garden with patio at the rear which is a min away from the hospital in the car and 5 mins away if you walk.

There is a parking for 2 cars along with Garage and there is a bus stop 2 mins away from our house which will take you straight into town. The train station and town centre are both 25 to 30 mins walking distance.

You will be sharing with one male (33) and one female (29) ( Couple ), who both work locally. Seeking someone who is keen to share upkeep of house.

The rent for this room is £600 pcm
