Large double bedroom in 1940s house

I have recently moved from a new build apartment to a 1940s terrace house and have spent the last few months settling in.

Now i would like to rent the spare room out so i can afford to turn the house into my home by decorating and modernising the garden.

Its a 3 bed house, with my bedroom and a little room with a single bed/my office as i work from home frequently.
The bedroom for rent is the largest bedroom facing the back garden. I am putting new carpets and decorating it before i put photos up and move anyone in… the room will also be furnished.

The house has a shared kitchen, dining room, lounge and bathroom, with a large south facing garden with outer buildings.

WIFI, washing machine and dishwasher are all available.

There are lots of nice walks close by, close to amenities, and good access if you need to commute to Telford, Oswestry directions aswell as the town centre which you could easily bike.

Im looking for a female professional who doesnt mind being vetted by a yorkie.
