Spare Room in Greenfields, Shrewsbury

This room has become unoccupied and is available to move in to from 22nd February.

It comes furnished with a "1 and 1/2" sized bed, a desk, and a stand for a TV. There is also a large cupboard on the upstairs landing reserved for this bedroom, in case you require extra storage space.

There is a terraced garden, large kitchen with a dining space, and two lounges both with televisions. There is one bathroom, and a downstairs "under the stairs" bathroom which is due for a refurb, which I'm aiming to have completed by the time you move in.

You'll have your own kitchen cupboard and designated fridge and freezer space.

The house is in Greenfields, which is a friendly neighbourhood, and is only a 10 minute walk away from both the Shrewsbury train and bus stations. There's also a Spar a 2 minute walk away.

All bills included - wifi, heating, electrics, water, council tax etc etc.

The room is available to anybody that can commit to a minimum of 6 months. To ensure commitment, instead of a contract I would require a month's rent (£425) as a deposit. This will be refunded when you move out if you have lived in the property for the 6 month minimum, assuming no damage is caused.

This is the third bedroom. The second bedroom is taken. I will also rent out the master bedroom - if the person moving in does not require parking, the space would become available to this bedroom instead.
