This is a bright and spacious three bedroom home. We are very friendly and laid back household, looking for someone similar.

The available room is furnished only with a double bed and table with mirror. It is recently redecorated.

The rest of the house is fully furnished. The communal areas are comprised of a living room, dining room, kitchen and garage (the latter is used primarily for storage.)

The house is located on a quiet street with decent sized gardens at the front and rear.

There is plenty of on street parking and a minute away from a bus stop which will take you straight into town. The hospital is two streets away from our house and GP is a street away.

You will be sharing with a couple male (32) and one female (29), who both work locally. Seeking someone who is keen to share upkeep of house, who doesn’t mind sharing a beer on a sunny day but also has their own independence.

The rent for this room is £450 pcm.

We accept only cash.

Deposit is £400.
