Large Rooms in Contemporary Victorian Villa

Beautifully decorated and furnished rooms in recently renovated Victorian Villa in one of the most prestigious roads in Shrewsbury.
I collect artwork, so it's quite an unusually presented house!

The rooms =

Room 1 is a pretty room with 2 sash windows overlooking the Victorian houses with stained glass and wisteria over the road. It has grey painted floorboards, a chinese rug, wrought iron bed with Hypnos top of the range mattress on it, beautiful Edwardian satinwood wardrobe and matching dressing table and bedside table. It has a large cast iron radiator, non functioning original cast iron fireplace, pretty artwork, roman blinds that are blackout with Laura Ashley duck egg blue fabric, Voile curtains, Cath Kidston bedding (including a quilted bed throw), Cath Kidston towels, Ensuite (tongue and groove paneling with Laura Ashley wallpaper and coir flooring)with toilet, sink and towel heater. Bath / Shower would be the main family bathroom shared with Room 2.

Room 2 is a loft room with private landing and storage area. This room is carpeted and is in the process of being redecorated in a neutral stone colour. It will have large unusual artwork and accessories.
There is a large pine double bed, matching pine chest of drawers and tallboy style wardrobe. The bedding is new cotton YSL bedding in stone and pale blue with matching padded curtains. The room benefits from a large picture window (double glazed) and a cast iron radiator. It is a very warm sunny room with a view.

The house = lounge, large office/music room, kitchen and open plan dining room, conservatory, 4 large bedrooms.

The bathroom will be shared, and has a large walk in shower, rolltop bath and victorian style loo.

The garden is south facing and benefits from a large lawn and decked area, 2 patios and alot of trees for privacy.

The area is quite quiet, residential, green and leafy.

About me = My son lives with me every other week. Just got 2 new Westie Puppies who will live outside during the day.

I have recently changed these rooms so it is available for the whole week rather than weekdays only, but please note that the house does get busier at the weekend with friends!
