We have a lovely double room available in the Coton Hill area of Shrewsbury. The room is on the ground floor with its own bathroom. The house is conveniently just a ten minute walk to town or to the train station. The living/kitchen area is open plan and spacious. The house itself is fairly new and comes with approx 2-3 parking spaces which functions on a first come/first serve basis. There is dry storage in the garage available should you want to store your bike.
Bills with broadband included, but TV licence must be shared with existing housemates.
Two references will be required.
