The house is a large semi-detached house with shared facilities, close to Shrewsbury town centre, 10 min walk to train and bus stations. It is currently undergoing some refurbishment in the kitchen and windows are to be replaced. There is one parking spot available on a first come first serve basis. Quiet area. Looking for single working person, deposit and refs required. Bills and broadband included but TV license must be shared with other tenants!
