The bathroom has a bath with shower over, basin and toilet.

All bills, Council Tax and Wifi and TV License are included and street parking is available. The property is well positioned for easy access to A5 & M54, Shrewsbury town centre, Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and Shrewsbury Business Park and is also on an excellent bus route.

There is an £80 admin fee (non refundable)for reference checks, ID checks, deposit registration, tenancy agreement and inventory etc.
