This room is suitable for a non-smoking/vaping professional or mature student. You would have full use of the kitchen, bathroom and two living rooms. Washing machine and dishwasher available for use.

The house is a minute’s walk from shops, pubs and cafés on Frankwell island, and is close to the River Severn for walks or running.

Generally I enjoy a quiet, clean and organised living environment. I'm looking for someone who shares similar preferences.
