I've got a large double up-stairs front bedroom to rent in a very nice 3 bed Victorian end terrace house in Greenfields, Shrewsbury.

Room is fully furnished with a built in wardrobe, double bed, 2 chest of drawers, large desk and has been recently decorated.

A recent kitchen extension has also just been finished.

The price includes all bills - gas, electric, water, council tax and Wi-Fi.

I bought the house 8 years ago and have had 3 previous tenants, all of whom have moved out to buy houses themselves, so I can't be all bad.

Ideally, looking for professional but will consider mature student.
