Great Little Flat In A Quiet Part Of Shrewsbury!

As my friend is moving out at the end of January, I'm in need of a new housemate from the 29th January! Is 23 Burlington Place, Shrewsbury, a nice, quiet area of town only a 10 minute walk from the centre, with nearby doctors, plenty of pubs and walking distance from cinema, supermarkets etc. Middle floor flat so phenomenally insulated too! Lease is for 6 months so anybody that is reliable and committed to that timeframe I'll be happy to meet to see if it's right for them.

The spare bedroom is of a decent size, and the living room/kitchen area is very spacious, and already furnished. TV, PS4 and broadband already set up so no outlay there too!

I am tidy (at least in the shared parts of the house!), and would consider myself a pretty fun housemate. I'm very honest and reliable so can always be trusted with rent and bills. Have lived at this property for 15 months and have a good relationship with the landlords.

As you'd be new to the property, a quick background check by the letting agency is required, so please get in contact ASAP as the lease is to begin on the 29th of this month!
