Double room for rent in shared house

My husband and I are looking for a lodger. We run a sports club. Must love dogs (we have two collies). We also have a friend who lives with us, she has a little dog(stays in her room). Shared bathroom, kitchen (with breakfast bar) and garden. Parking is out the front. Theres also a bathroom downstairs which we tend to use for the dogs but is available if need. Close to bus route. Town Park is easy to access. Not far from town centre.
