Good size double, (but single occupancy, which you must respect) with mirror wardrobes and a fabulous view over the Clee Hills. We think if you come and view, you'll definitely take it! £465 pcm (in advance) + £200 as a security deposit. If you prefer weekly, this would be £115 per week in advance. + the £200 deposit. We don't do credit checks, but we would expect you to have a secure job. We do prefer people who go out to their job, as opposed to working from home. Shifts are fine!

We live on a quiet estate at Randlay...very countryfied, but with the fabulous Telford Town Centre just around the corner, with more shops than you can imagine and a great selection of bars and restaurants. 3 minute drive..15-20 minute walk. In the same place is Telford Town Park and lovely walks around here. (So proud of our area). Ironbridge not too far away either.

We are a 3 storey house where Echo stayed for 9 years....that should tell you something! Echo is Chinese and was extremely happy with us but left for pastures new, after meeting and marrying her lovely partner. We are great friends and still in touch. Lucy, our French girl stayed for 2 years whilst working at a local school. Tony (in the other room) has been with us now for almost 3 years and Tomas is leaving to go to Wales to a new position. He has been here for 2 years. We have done this for 15years. This is a peaceful house where you can choose to stay in your room or move about, and use the facilities.

New bedding, new mattress with pillow protectors and a mattress protector. New carpet - all fresh & clean. The bathroom (with electric shower and bath) is on the third floor, right by your room and kept clean on a daily basis. All current hygiene practices adhered to as the virus is still with us. Live in landlord and landlady who are very relaxed. Part time English teacher and former engineer. We just go about our daily business and you can use the facilities - come and go as you please. The only thing we have a strict rule about is NO SMOKING or vaping and definitely no drugs to be brought into our home. Hot drinks can be taken to bedroom, but must be prepared in the kitchen to ensure electrical safety - no kettles upstairs. You are able to help yourself to tea and coffee. This is a free perk!

All bills are included.. Small kitchen, but everything you need eg. slow cooker, steamer, saucepans, frying pans, a George Foreman, normal hobs and oven, air-fryer etc etc.. dishwasher & washing machine. We have fast WI-FI and there is a TV in your room. Shared lounge if you want to. Lovely garden to relax in in the summer. Use of washing machine and dishwasher. Surfaces bleached & cleaned daily in kitchen, and bathroom in this fight against Covid and other bugs! We trust you are an avid hand-washer! Room cleaned weekly and bedding changed fortnightly. Off street parking only but near the house. Bus stops just a few hundred yards away (across the field) if you use public transport. This is a quiet area.

Very close to most facilities and companies on Stafford Park, Halesfield etc...Just looking for somebody relaxed and sociable to enjoy our property with. One well behaved cat....you will rarely see him. Start by coming over for a cup of tea or coffee. Please call or message Lynne.
