Double Furnished Room, Own Bathroom

Looking for someone to live in my spare room. :)

Room: Furnished with a bed, drawers, clothes rail, desk and chair. (Can be removed if you wish)

Flat: 2nd floor flat, you would have your own bathroom with a bath/shower. Shared furnished living room, shared kitchen. Balcony off the living room. Parking space!

Access to: Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 1Gb broadband.

I have two cats so if you are allergic or don't like them, this wouldn't work out. They are friendly but fully indoor (cat proofed balcony). Kitchen is enclosed so the cats do not go in there. Pets possibly welcome but would need to introduce them to my cats first!
