Wifi is available, parking available on the drive. All bills included except for phone.

You will have use of the kitchen for cooking meals, use of the refrigerator & freezer and cupboard in utility, use of washing machine. Food is not included.

I prefer Mon to Fri but would consider whole week for the right person.... £380. 00 pcm Mon to Fri.

The ideal lodger must respect the property and be clean and tidy also must not work from home unless you are a student on study leave, this is not a house share.
