Tidy housemate wanted. Relaxed house.(340pcm)

This is a small double room in a relaxed house with a clean-living, quiet but friendly live-in landlord (male, 37), and currently two other housemates: one male, one female. Postcode: TF2 7SA

I'm a gentle and relaxed kind of person, but I have ZERO tolerance to smoke and drugs in the house. Sorry, no furry/scaly things either ("pets" I think they're called).

I am happy to welcome anybody with a job secure enough to pay their dues on time, who cleans up after themselves ('neat-freaks' welcome!), and is mindful of those around them.

The room comfortably accommodate a double bed along with a computer desk, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe.

I try to keep the house reasonably tidy, especially the kitchen - that's my 'special place' :)
The rooms are fully furnished (see the pics - please note these photos were taken before any lodgers moved in) complete with bedding, for those that want to use it.

All utility bills and council tax included in the rent - except phone calls, of course.
Decent-sized telly in the living room, with a PC (for simple web surfing) and Playstation 3 (really just used as a BlueRay/DVD player).
Wireless network throughout the house providing access to very fast, unlimited, fibre optic broadband Internet.

Being in a cul-de-sac there's limited parking but a 30 second walk to adjacent roads gives you plenty more options.
