The room is large and newly furnished to a high standard with an adjoining en-suite wet room. It has a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, flat screen TV and desk. Additional facilities included are a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster.

The room is located on a quiet street in a 3 bedroom house in Trench. The local shops are less than a 3 minute walk away. The bus stop is also less than 3 minutes away with good links to the local centre. The house is located close to Hortonwood and 5 miles from Telford Town Centre. There is plenty of off road parking and a large garden. Use of a fully fitted modern kitchen with fridge and cupboard space, washer dryer also available.
Bills and WiFi included. Weekly clean free of charge.

I'm an easy going, friendly person looking for someone of similar nature. I also have a small friendly dog so an animal lover would be an advantage.
