Double room in family home

Lovely comfortable double room, tastefully furnished with king size bed, bedside table, double wardrobe and draws. Lounge, kitchen with separate dining area and large conservatory which also has Virgin TV. Lovely bathroom with rain shower and bath.
House will be shared with myself, a single professional female and my 16 year old son. I also have dogs so an animal lover is essential.
My hours of work vary so I may be home a lot one week and not so much the next
All bills will be included along with wifi. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
We are 10 mins walk from telford town centre, Main bus station and there is also a 24 hour gym 5 mins away as well as restaurants, friendly pubs and local shops. Forge retail park is also walking distance.
