There are also modern up-lighters and bedside lamps to supplement the main wall lighting.

Internal patio-style doors provide access to a good size private conservatory which would make an ideal sitting room or home office. All conservatory windows have full closure blinds, the floor is tiled and complimented by a deep pile comfortable rug and is furnished with desk, chair and a comfortable 3 seater sofa with coffee table with reading light.

Both parts of the room also enjoy double glazing, central heating and excellent wireless hi-speed internet reception.

Rent including all bills and as described above is:
£160 per week / £640 per calendar month.

There is a great kitchen / utility room with all the usual appliances and 2 great shared bathrooms with a choice of either a shower or a bath. There is also loads of private off street parking.

We've also recently decorated much of the house - including your bedroom and so it really is immaculate... We have a regular cleaning lady - included in your rent - and she cleans all of the areas that we share. We're a mixed friendly happy bunch.

The rent is inclusive of bills and the landlord pays/administers them - this includes water, gas, internet, electricity, cleaner, gardener and communal council tax - all in!

There's also a washing machine so laundry's no problem.
