The room benefits from central heating and excellent wireless hi-speed internet reception.
Rent including all bills and as described above is:
£145 per week / £580 per calendar month.

The room is in a great contemporary house share in the heart of Ketley... very close to local shops and a great eateries!

There is full speed wireless broadband, large double kitchen and a great size shower/bathroom. There is also loads of private off street parking.

We've also recently refurbished much of the house - including your bedroom and so it really is immaculate... We have a regular cleaning lady - included in your rent - and she cleans all of the areas that we share. We're a mixed friendly happy bunch.
Bills are paid for by the landlord and he pays all of: water, gas, internet, electricity, cleaner, gardener and communal council tax!

There's a dishwasher and washing machine which are both free to use!
