A recently refurbished charming and superb value is this double room with shared bathroom in quiet house share in Brookside.

Please also note there are no fees to pay or tenant referencing costs. All new tenants are simply requested to provide two forms of proof of ID, proof of employment and pay a refundable security deposit of £150 and two weeks rent in advance. Thereafter rent is paid weekly by standing order.

We currently have a double room available. The room comes fully furnished and is inclusive of all bills, weekly cleaning, gardening and free WIFI. The furnishings include a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and a wardrobe (with a few little finishing touches to make sure everyone feels at home). With a key-code door lock, the rooms are substantially secure and are decorated neutrally to suit all tastes.
The communal area and kitchen are recently decorated to a modern, minimalist taste complete with washing machine, cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, etc. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are supplied with plenty of cupboards so space will never be a problem. There is a separate lounge with plenty of seating, a dining table and a flat screen TV. The house further benefits from a quiet rear garden, gas central heating, double glazed windows and a bathroom with shower and WC with a further WC also separate.

The house is within walking distance of the local amenities, bus stops, and close by Halesfield and Stafford Park
