Princess Royal Hospital, Stafford Park, Telford Central and Telford Town Centre are all less than 30 mins away by walk and bus or 15 minutes by bike.

If you drive, the majority of retail/food areas are within a 5-10 minute drive and the house has spacious car parking out the front.

The property has all appliances and furniture you would expect in the shared living areas including tv, washing machine, American fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher etc.

We offer a homely feel with our in laws close by and it offers easy living with all bills included aswell as council tax. We also have a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks to keep the shared areas in great condition.
