This is a double bedroom with good sized en-suite facilities. The dimensions for the bedroom are 3. 88m x 2. 52m and the en-suite 2. 45m x 1. 82m. The bedroom and house has new carpet throughout. The bedroom is furnished with a seven drawer chest, a brand new small double bed and mattress, a single canvas wardrobe, a two drawer bedside table and a lamp. The en-suite consists of a brand new luxury built-in mixer shower over the bath, a bath, toilet, sink unit and a good sized built in cupboard.
The property is a three bedroom mid-terrace house, owned and occupied by my partner and I. We have, as of the last week in July 14, had new A rated double glazing and composite doors fitted. The communal areas are a spacious kitchen with built-in fridge/freezer, gas hobs and electric cooker, a dining room with a large table, a large garden with decking and built in BBQ area. There is also a large outdoor building/shed that can be used for storage if needed. We do, however, want the living room to remain our personal space when we are home. We have virgin fibre optic wireless broadband. We also have three well behaved dogs that have lots of energy but are taken for walks regularly.
Our only concern is parking, we have a driveway that we park on our second car parks in front of that on the road/pavement. There is a space to park about 10 metres away and there is further parking up the road, but it is all on-road/pavement parking. We have a large lake directly behind our house and another next to it making it ideal for walks, plus no houses overlooking ours. There are plenty of bus stops about a minutes walk away and Oakengates train station is a 15 minute walk away. We are also a 30 second walk away from Hortonwood industrial park.
