We have a large double room with en-suite to rent in our professional house-share in Wellington. It's in a quiet residential area with off-street parking if you have a car. If not, there are local shops and public transportation, with Wellington town centre about a 10 minute walk away. The property has recently been extensively refurbished and extended.

The room itself is large, well proportioned, decorated in a modern style and is furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe, bedside table and has super-fast WIFI (350 mbps). The ensuite bathroom is a good size and consists of a walk-in shower, closed coupled toilet, sink and pedestal.

There is spacious communal kitchen with an arrangement of wall and base mounted units and a kitchen island, along with all amenities including dishwasher, two built in fridge / freezers, oven, microwave, hob and a separate area for the washing machine. The kitchen also benefits from a fully openable "glass wall" to the large patio and garden.

The communal areas of the property are professionally cleaned weekly. There is also a gardener, and maintenance team available to support the high standards this property has achieved.
