MONDAY to FRIDAY only

Hi, I’m renting out my spare room on a Monday to Friday basis.

It’s a decent sized double, with a large fitted wardrobe, double bed with memory foam mattress, bed-side tables, shelves and a flatscreen TV (uses Now-TV stick).

The bathroom is across the hall (for your sole use) has a full bath with powerful overhead shower, toilet, sink and storage. High quality bed linen and towels provided which I will launder weekly.

The property is a 1930’s semi detached house, with off street parking for you to use,, 5 minutes walk from Wellington station and shops and a 12 minute walk to the hospital.

Guests are welcome to use the dining room, kitchen and private garden. The lounge area is private and not for guest use.

I use the bedroom for other purposes at weekends so belongings can’t be left in the room and this can't be your sole place of residence, so this would be idea for a commuter.

I’m looking for someone who looks after the place like their own, is reasonably mature and respectful and wants a comfortable place to stay during the week.
