Lovely furnished rooms available.
The rooms are fully furnished and the house is in a good area in Wellington convenient for the hospital, railway station and town centre.
There is fast wi-fi, and a 42" flat-screened tv. Everything is included in the rent and I don't insist on a 6 month contract. I work very long hours particularly during the summer months so won't get home until 9/10pm at night, so won't be under your feet. Ideally, I am looking for mature persons who are in work, clean and tidy and easy to get on with.

There's also nice garden, parking, large patio area for bar-b-q's and two sheds.
