Great house suitable for working/professional men.
The house is in a good area in Wellington convenient for the hospital, railway station and town centre.
The rooms are fully furnished.
There is fast wi-fi, and a 42" flat-screened tv.
Everything is included in the rent and I don't insist on a 6 month contract. I work very long hours particularly during the summer months so won't get home until 9/10pm at night, so won't be under your feet. Ideally, I am looking for someone of a similar age, who is in work, clean and tidy and easy to get on with.

There's also nice garden, parking, large patio area for bar-b-q's and two sheds.
I am a divorced man in my early 60's looking to rent a couple of rooms out in my 5 bedroomed house, to bring in a bit of extra money.
