Det cottage, 2 rooms, village setting near to town

Furnished double room with walk in closet, second room has sofa, TV, storage, desk &chair. Main bathroom with jacuzzi, shower, toilet(There is a second shower room and toilet downstairs )
Shared fitted kitchen with fridge, most appliances and dishwasher, dining room, sitting room, utility with washing and drying, A second large fridge, cloakroom.
I'm looking for someone who likes a tidy, open plan kitchen, who is willing to help mow the lawn and will share cleaning of shared areas. Someone who mostly goes out to work.
I have 4 grown up children who live away but may come to visit and stay over occasionally.
I work in education, 4 days Mon to Fri and Im a busy person .I have a bedroom and lounge downstairs ,2 elderly cats and I like a chat. I'm inclusive , kind and easy going. Oh and the pub is across the road.
