Double bedroom in our family home, which is now myself and partner -Kevin and our friendly little dog - Baloo.

We are both easygoing and enjoy to share a conversation.

The house is well presented enjoying an end location and garden not overlooked in 50% of the garden. There is plenty of parking at the aid of the house this is on a road but very little passing traffic and our previous lodgers have never had an issue.

The feel of the country whilst living in a town on the edge of the estate with countryside views from the bedroom. You will not be disappointed.

The main bathroom would be your designated bathroom and is only used occasionally by ourselves

Plenty of space to watch tv with two living rooms to relax in. Main living room has a log burner and great garden with plenty of seating in summer.

Please note we do not allow smoking in the property.

We would consider Monday - Friday let at a reduced rate.
