The property is decorated throughout to a good standard & is situated in a quiet part of the town, close to all the local amenities.
New lodger must be in full time employment & able to provide a character reference from their employer
I also require a £300 deposit for the room (which is refundable upon vacation of the room) & the first week / months rent payable in advance.
