Lodger/sharer for quiet 3 bed cottage in Axbridge

Lodger/Sharer required!
Newly decorated, fully furnished double bedroom in a pretty 3 bed terraced cottage in Axbridge.
Sharing the house with myself- a holistic therapist & a very friendly border collie ( I work from home in a cabin in the garden) I love the outdoors, walking, catching up with friends & family, cooking, cinema/films, nights out, wild swimming / the sea and try to get to the beach as much as possible.
The bedroom is a good size, comfortable & on the same floor as the bathroom. It has a tv, a 48 litre table top fridge, tea and coffee making facilities- as well as all the furniture in the bedroom photos.
The bed is a full size double, virtually new pocket sprung mattress & topper - super comfy.
There is street parking near by (free) & also a free 48 hour car park just off Axbridge Square.
Photos are of the bedroom & the shared spaces. The living room has a lovely log burning fire, the cottage garden is quiet, south facing & has 2 seating areas.
The bathroom has a deep, freestanding bath with a hand shower /mixer taps- great for soaking in!
The kitchen has gas/electric hob oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, washing machine & all cooking utensils, pots pans, cutlery etc (No tumble dryer, ive got heated clothes airers etc)
Looking to share with someone nice & normal who is in full time work (not working from home, please) likes dogs, cleans & tidies up after themselves & is easy to get on with.
Axbridge is a fantastic, sociable little town/community with 2 great pubs on the square, a school, alsorts of exercise classes &'social groups, a farmers market, a sailing club at rhe reservoir, a CoOp - for groceries & sells great bread & pastries, a museum, town hall, post office, teashops, antiques & clothes store, hair dressers, beauticians, pharmacy & loads of other facilites/businesses.
( the square is a 1 to 2 minute walk from the house so everything literally on your door step)
There are lots of great walks close by a fairly good bus route & the strawberry line cycle path runs through Axbridge which is very popular..
Axbridge is approx 11 miles from Weston Super Mare, 25 minutes from Bristol Airport, 3 miles from Cheddar Gorge, approx 20 Miles from Bristol, approx 14 miles from Wells & very convenient for the M5. There are good train links at Weston, Worle, Highbridge & Yatton- all convenient & a short drive.
rent is inclusive of bills- gas, electric, council tax, water & fibre broadband
(I was holding the room free for someone who was due to move in at the end of Jan, then begining of March but the work contract date has changed again, so I am looking to find someone else) Although the place is quiet it isnt suitable for night shift workers who sleep during the day.
