On the edge of the Mendips, 10 mins from Weston-super-Mare or 15 to Cheddar, 35 mins from South Bristol, 10 mins from the M5, 12 mins from Worle train station.

Banwell is a village with 2 local shops, a Coop, Indian restaurant, Fish & Chip shop and 2 pubs. We're in the heart of the village, but away from the busy A-road, with access through a housing estate to avoid the 'Banwell traffic'.

One available room is a double basement room with it's own private entrance. It is furnished with double bed, wardrobe and a shelving unit on the ledge.
There is also a sink in the corner and a central heating radiator.
Three sides of the room have a deep ledge with shelves, and there is a shoe/boot shelving rack by the door.

It is a large room approx 5m by 4m, although it does have a low ceiling - about 6ft 1".

The door has glass in the top half, and there is a window looking into the back garden, both giving light into the room.

There are two available upstairs rooms to choose from, one larger dual aspect double with large mahogany furtiture and one smaller double to the rear.

The cottage is about 350 years old, a 5 bedroom cottage set in 1/3rd Acre garden.

The house has a living/dining room 25ft x 15ft with wood burner and also a smaller living room - the Snug, about 15ft x 11ft with a second wood burner inset into the wall in-between the living rooms.

There’s a kitchen with aga and dishwasher running along the back of the house. Bathroom with bath and shower, and also downstairs toilet. Everyone has a sink in their bedrooms.

The garden has a vegetable area with a greenhouse. There are also a 2 patio areas, one outside the back door with built in bbq and the other farther down the garden.

At the bottom of the garden there's off road parking for 6 vehicles and also street parking.

We're open to either male or female housemates, and would consider pets.

If a couple were to move in then the room rent would increase to £850pcm.

The house is currently for sale so is only available for a short term let, but you will recieve at least 2 months notice, and it is available for at least 5 months, probably quite a bit longer due to the current housing market.
