I am 50 something woman with an 18 year old son at college. We have a fairly quiet house that is kept very clean and tidy.
We are looking to rent our room from 30th of April 2025 and are open to short term lets for a professional person (No students other than post grads) we would prefer that people have a regular time they leave in the morning this is important to us as we like to know when people are here and not in our home ,as we have stuff that we need to get done in the morning and we also like to get out on time. No home workers please it's not an option for us. full time workers only.
