Charming studio cottage, garden, off-road parking

A lovely studio cottage, tucked away in the garden of our house, is available for a short term let of 4 months from early January.

The cottage is self contained with its own entrance, kitchen and en-suite shower room.

It is light and spacious, quiet, comfortable and cosy with a woodburner and underfloor heating. It is fully furnished with a kingsize bed, leather sofa and armchair, table and chairs, kitchen appliances and crockery, pans etc.

Large doors open onto a wooden deck with an outdoor table and benches (for when it gets warmer!). It is very private and looks out onto a grassy garden, vegetable beds (happy to share) and trees. It's a peaceful setting with a gentle brook running alongside. Countryside walks on our doorstep, lovely walk to Bath along the canal and nearest bus stop into Bath is 10 mins walk away. Parking in our drive.

We are looking for a working professional who is considerate and values-led. Preference given to a solo occupant.

Please be aware that access to the cottage is down a sloping bank and steps which can be slippery when wet or icy. We live at the top of the garden and have a dog. The cottage is a pet-free and smoking-free zone.

The monthly rent includes all bills and taxes.
