One double room available in a 2 floor flat in Batheaston from 15th July onwards. Easy access to Bath city centre due to bus stop literally being on our front door! Currently 3 tenants living here all aged between 21 and 25. The flat has a large modern kitchen/living room and 2 bathrooms.

The current housemates all get along really well and are a social, relaxed group who are into tennis, gym, surfing and going out into town. There is a great social atmosphere in the house and we are all tidy and considerate. Current housemates include a science teacher and retail professionals. Males or females welcome.

Rent is £370 a month which includes high speed wireless broadband and council tax and other bills work out roughly £30 a month each. Looking for someone who is fun, social, considerate, and relatively tidy. Ideally someone who wants to spend some time as a group occasionally.
