Larger than the pictures suggest, one double room is available to rent in a two bedroom flat.

The flat is on Belvedere, at the corner of Julian road and Lansdown road. It’s a pretty, listed Georgian building directly across the road from Hedgemead Park, three minutes from The Circus and The Crescent, and two minutes from the nearest Co-Operative local.

The room gets a lot of light — it has two large windows, and is high up in the building. It also has brilliant views down Lansdown road and across to the other side of Bath. Combined, these make it a very airy and upbeat space. It comes furnished with a bed, mattress, bedside table, chest of drawers, desk, office chair, and has a built-in wardrobe.

The flat has a living room that feels similarly positive due to being on the same side of the building, as well as one bathroom, and a kitchen with quality appliances.

You would be sharing with me, a 30 year-old male professional. I’m easy-going and sociable yet at the same time enjoy space and time to myself, and respect the personal space of others. I’m clean, tidy, reasonable in terms of noise, and am looking for someone who can be the same, proactively, and who cleans up after themselves by default. The property is better suited to those looking for a calm space to unwind in than it is those often looking to entertain more than a few people on the regular.

Parking wise, yearly permits can be bought from the council and you'd have access to the central parking zone.

References will be required. There can be no smoking in the flat, nor can there be pets.
