I am a 39 year old professional and looking for someone to rent my spare rooms immediately.

Both rooms have a double bed, a floor to ceiling wardrobe and two side cabinets. There is also room in the hallway for shoes coats and allocated space in the Kitchen.

The flat is homely, tidy, has a balcony overlooking the park and is close to local transport and shops. There is also available off road parking if you have a car.

The flat is also very light (the photos do not do it justice).

I am looking for someone trustworthy who is looking for a comfortable home.
