Double Room for rent Mon-Fri

I’m looking for someone to rent a room Mon to Fri in my lovely modern house in Odd Down, Bath. The location is ideal, 2 mins walk to Sainsbury’s and next to St Martins hospital, and less than 30 mins walk to town. There are excellent bus links to town (it’s on routes 4, 13, D2 & 172-4) and the RUH (route 4) and on the U4 route to both universities. There is also free off-street parking at the house.

The house is light and bright and has plenty of space. There is a large fully equipped kitchen/diner, with lots of space for cooking, a large dining table as well as comfy chairs and a TV. Bifold doors open up onto a lovely sunny decked terrace and garden. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a downstairs toilet. Upstairs, the bedroom has a 4ft double bed, triple wardrobe (with shelves and drawers as well as hanging space), shelves and a mirror. The bathroom is clean, fresh and modern, with a bath and shower over it. You would have the bathroom to yourself a lot of the time (as I have an ensuite).

The house has 3 bedrooms, but I live alone so you would only be sharing with one person most of the time. Very occasionally there may be someone staying in the 3rd bedroom. I’m friendly, sociable and easy going; I have been sharing with people for many years and am considerate and respectful of shared spaces, and would like a housemate who is similar. I also have a very friendly cat called Mabel.

The room is only available from Mon-Fri, and would be ideal for someone who works in Bath and lives elsewhere, or a student on placement at St Martin’s Hospital. You would be welcome to leave some things in the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen over the weekend.
