Light airy loft room in Widcombe

This is a lovely neighbourhood in a great location, about 6 mins walk from town and the train station, and 30 seconds from the canal towpath. On street residents parking is available. The house has 4 bedrooms and a lovely sunny south facing garden.
The room would suit a tidy, considerate, relatively quiet/studious, easy-going professional, who enjoys their interests and getting along. Due to the pitched roof probably not suitable for anyone extremely tall!
The room has a large floor space, currently has a single bed but room for a double. The bathroom is recently refurbished and generally for sole use of the renter (I have my own shower room).
I could do a Monday-Friday arrangement or full-time. Happy to answer any questions.
