Room in beautiful village on outskirts of Bath

I am looking to let one small double room in my semi-detached cottage in a beautiful Duchy of Cornwall village on the outskirts of Bath close to Bath Spa.

I have a 19 year old son who is currently on a gap year & travelling ahead of starting Drama school in late September. When we are both home, he stays with me 2/3 nights/wk & has his own room...so being young adult friendly is v important...!!

We are super close to Bath Spa University...so this would definitely suit students or staff & any suggestions of duration or Mon-Fri etc considered.

Short term options considered but might affect the price ~ tbd.

We have free on-street parking & regular bus links to Bath, Bristol & airport (Bristol)

I have a gardener & a cleaner (fortnightly) who help keep the house ship-shape but everyone helps keep the house clean & tidy between visits.

All bills inc utilities, broadband etc are included.
