The en suite room is on the ground floor of an arts and crafts house overlooking a very pretty garden. The room is quiet and can be accessed directly via a garden door.
The tenant would live quite separately other than sharing the kitchen facilities.
The house is on excellent bus routes to the city centre and universities. There is unrestricted parking at the front of the property and there are local stores and nice parks nearby.
