Modern newly renovated home close to train station

We are a young couple looking to rent out one of our spare rooms to a likeminded professional. The house has recently been renovated so feels brand new and modern. The room will be furnished with a bed and storage. Bills are included in the cost. There is a bathroom that you would have primary use over. We have a large kitchen dinner, a living room and a garden also.

There is permit parking on our street and surrounding roads around the property. We are a 6 minute walk to Oldfield park train station, and literally round the corner from moorland road which has lots of nice eateries and convenience stores. We are also a 10/15minutes walk into the town centre.

We also have an adorable dog - so being a dog lover is must!
