- the large upstairs front double bedroom 3 is available.
Availability is around mid to late August - TBC in the next few days.

Due to the present mix of tenants a ** female ** is preferred to preserve the gender balance in the house.
Also we are interested in candidates who enjoy gardening and who would be happy to contribute some time in the garden and also engage with or use the garden.

There may be residents parking available by a separate arrangement and cost.

ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED - council tax, heating, water, TV license, broadband, weekly cleaning.

We are looking for long term tenants, an initial 6 MONTH CONTRACT MINIMUM is available, nothing less than this.

The people living in the house are all in their 20's and are professionals. They are laid back, friendly and easy going and are looking for the next new housemate to be likewise.
