Room available in BA2 

Room available in a house on Albany Road BA2 1BW from 15 December for £700 pcm including bills. There is a good sized kitchen, two bathrooms to share between three of us, a small living room, and south facing garden. There is a no smoking policy even in the garden. I am in my mid 50s and work from home. The other housemate is a biochemistry graduate in her early 20s. We are friendly, quiet and tidy. I am looking for a responsible, clean and tidy person who goes out to work or to study on weekdays. We are interested in art, gardening, films, books, the natural world, country walks. I am committed to reducing waste, recycling and organic food. One of us is vegan and the other is vegetarian. If you are vegan or vegetarian that would be ideal. If you eat meat occasionally that will be ok with us. There is on street parking. And we have a cat.
