* Bathroom with bath and shower. I have an ensuite so you will pretty much have the bathroom to yourself most (though not all) of the time.
* Close to Sainsbury's, Lidl, main Uni buses and Oldfield park train station.
Bills APART from 25% share of council tax included (Within fair usage).
Friendly live in Landlady, I run a monthly rolling contract to suit both parties for flexibility. Looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectful, mature and is reasonably quiet. Sorry no overnight guests.
Please be ready to supply the following for reference checking if successful:

*A reference from your prior accommodation
*A copy of official photo ID (e. g. passport/drivers license).
