Property consists of 3 bedrooms, one shared bathroom and a shared kitchen/dining area. There are also two gardens. Everything what you can need, washing mashine, microwave, cooker.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house but there is a smoking area outside in the back garden for those who do smoke.

Parking on the road

The room is available immediately, minimum stay 3 months, available long term and has just been repainted and has had new floor.

£700 deposit required and £700 per month rent including all bills (gas, electric, council tax, water)

The room comes with a bed and various cupboards/wardrobe and almost new drawers for plenty of storage and writing desk.

As well as the deposit, the new tenant will need to provide a passport. A full standard tenancy agreement will then be signed by both parties.

Bus stop is in close distance to the town and to University of Bath and Spa University U4
