House mate required

Looking for a new easy going house mate who likes to live in a clean environment for my 3 bedroom house (couples won't be considered), to fill a double furnished room (furniture can be removed if required).

Property has front and a rear enclosed garden which isn't overlooked. Plenty of parking spaces available out the front. 2 minute walk to a local Tesco, 30 min walk to the city centre, 5 min walk to various bus stops including a university bound one (mature students please feel free to reach out).

Property inclusive of a integrated washer/drier, large integrated fridge/freezer and a dishwasher (kitchen recently refurbished), bathroom has a bath and an electric shower. Large communal TV inclusive of multiple suscriptions with fibre optic broadband available for use.

Happy to accommodate viewings weekdays during the evenings or on a weekend subject to my availability.
