Fully furnished double room available in a large, sunny, clean and tidy house in the Bear Flat area of Bath. The city centre is just a ten minute walk away, and there are local shops, and a bus stop, park and gym at the top of the road.

The house has shared amenities including a bathroom with shower and bath, large fully fitted kitchen, spacious living room, gas central heating and broadband. There is a lovely sunny south facing garden and views over the city centre. There is also bike storage. and on street parking(via a permit)

All rooms are fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, set of drawers and a wardrobe, and there is plenty of storage space. The house is quiet and peaceful and there is currently one other professional person living in the house. The house would ideally suit a professional woman who is quiet, clean and tidy. A female is preferred as the other housemates are female.”

The current occupants are both independent, they both work full time and are occasionally out and about at the weekend too. However, they are both very friendly, and enjoy catching up at the end of each day. Currently there is one lodger living in the house, an artist specialising in lino print who enjoys reading, walking, yoga and drawing. The landlady likes going to the gym, yoga, Zumba and the cinema.

The resident landlady also has her own private annex in the house.

Guests and occasional overnight visits are acceptable, but they must be discussed and agreed in advance.
