* Within 10 mins walk of 2 supermarkets, numerous pubs, bars, cafes & restaurants.
*. Quiet but friendly.
*. Would ideally suit a woman who wants a peaceful, secure and comfortable home from home perhaps to attend uni, or work, but returning to their own home on the weekend.
* we tend to socialise in town, having guests back to the house infrequently.
* The available room is spacious & tastefully furnished.. It has a single bed, wardrobe, sofa, table and TV
* Well equipped kitchen with generous fridge and freezer space.
* Unlimited broadband.
* one of the other rooms has an en-suite & there is a downstairs loo, so queueing isn’t an issue.
* The room rental is priced on a Monday to Friday basis with bills included.
*. As we are living economically, this room would not be suitable for someone working from home and requiring heat during the day.
