Furnished Double Bedroom, Lovely Outskirts of Bath

Lovely large furnished double bedroom in 3 bedroom semi detached house. To share on a part-time basis with a live in landlord. The house is located on the edge of Bath, 8 miles South-west of central Bath. You will have access to the kitchen, diner, bathroom and a double bedroom. The bedroom has a wardrobe, study desk, chair, desk lamp, chest of drawers, double bed and mattress (apologies the images don't show the bedroom very well, so it's worth a visit to see it for yourself). The living room is not included. The room would suit someone who works in Bath or Bristol. I'm happy to rent per week, or by the month. The environment is rural, serene, and a quiet environment overall, suitable for a, short term visiting student, postgraduate student or working professional. All bills are included, including WiFi/Broadband, but there is an additional charge if you work from home, to contribute to energy costs. The Double Bedroom is available on a permanent basis. Finally, if you have access to a car this would be useful and recommended, as it's a 15-20 minutes commute into the centre of Bath. There is also an hourly bus into the centre of Bath, so, access to a car is not essential, though it is very useful, I will be considering those who have a car first, due to experiences with previous tenants who did not have access to a vehicle.
I'd prefer to live with a female but won't rule out males in every instance. Online viewing is available, however you must view in person before moving in, or signing a tenancy agreement.
